How to have your information removed from Leyscale Connect.
If you run a center
Write to hello@leyscaledigital.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete your account, contacts and messages within 30 days, except anything the law requires us to keep.
If a center messaged you
Reply STOP to that center's WhatsApp number to stop all further messages. To have your details deleted, ask the center, or write to hello@leyscaledigital.com with your WhatsApp number and the name of the center; we pass the request to the center and act on it within 30 days.
If you removed our app from Facebook
Meta tells us automatically and we record your request. We do not keep information linked to your Facebook account, so the request is completed straight away. If you were given a confirmation code, quote it if you write to us.
